We help our clients to answer the big questions and resolve the issues that drive their performance. We work with Boards, CEOs, CXOs and Business Unit leaders, domestically and across borders. We undertake strategic reviews, market reviews, five year planning, business case modelling, growth strategies, portfolio analysis, market entry/exit strategy, launch planning, bid strategy, and special projects. We also work closely with our colleagues at Venture Advisory on integrated market reviews and growth strategies
Product and content
As sector specialists, we have a unique understanding of the role that content and services play in our clients’ businesses. We help our clients to develop, deploy and enhance content and services across their organisations. We support content and service development in digital, traditional media and telecoms environments.
We undertake content strategy, product development, product lifecycle management, product portfolio reviews, value rights, support rights bids, rights negotiations, product and service launches. We help our clients to define and design content propositions such as for VoD services. We also analyse and improve content performance including ratings assessment, buy rates, engagement and cross-platform performance.

Venture Advisory, operating independently provides a full range of advisory services in support of transitions and capital raising. We also undertake portfolio strategy reviews and portfolio company strategy support on behalf of investors.
Policy and regulation
We work with Ministers, Regulators and Corporates to provide advice on policy and regulatory matters. We provide input into policy formulation, we provide the analytics and modelling to support regulation definition, we undertake competition studies, we develop lobbying strategies, and write regulatory submissions. We also prepare expert reports for regulators and corporates. Finally, we contribute to the policy debate where possible; we believe in and aim to support rational policy making.
